FTP Upload
You must have a user name and password.

You may request a username and password online or contact our Customer Service Manager at
(866) 406-3237 or (919) 388-3981, who will personally guide you through the process of setting up an account.

If you already have an account:

User ID: enter user name supplied by East Coast Digital Printing

Password: enter password supplied by East Coast Digital Printing

Upload Files: drag and drop your files into the browser window.
(If you are not asked to login at the link above, you can also login under Internet Explorer by selecting login under the file menu, where you will be prompted to enter your login information provided by East Coast Digital Printing.)

MAC files must be stuffed or the files will be unusable.

WIN files must include the proper file extension and be zipped.

After uploading your files please contact our Customer Service Manager with specific instructions for your project/files.

Note:
Some users may need to select "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer" under the Page Menu. Make sure you turn off any Pop-up blocking and/or add ecdprint.com to your safe list. If you need help please contact us at
